Our Process

Throughout our many years in the trade show logistics industry, we’ve honed our process to ensure it is safe and streamlined from start to finish.

  • Step 1: We’ll start assigning you a coordinator who will estimate, plan and manage your shipments from pick-up through to deliver.
  • Step 2: Crews will custom-crate and blanket wrap your items before safely loading them into an air-ride truck to prevent damages.

  • Step 4: Upon arrival at the hotel or convention hall, the driver will safely unload all of your materials and assist in light assembly if needed.
