We are proud to announce that, for our annual year-end giving program, we’ve donated to two important organizations, and that is The Rüdiger Foundation and Franklin Graham’s Ministry. The Rüdiger Foundation

The Rüdiger Foundation works to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and their communities by providing K9 resources that promote safety, education, connection, and appreciation for hard working officers - all of which contribute to a thriving society. Their namesake, Rüdiger, was bred in the Czech Republic and became the only K9 protection and detection officer in Nevada county. Their mission is simple, as quoted by Renee Bartels who recently has become president of The Rüdiger Foundation: “Providing the connection between community and law enforcement by providing the first 100% community-funded canine officer in the nation." The Rüdiger Foundation serves as an example of how organizations can make a positive difference in their communities. 

Franklin Graham’s Ministry

Samaritan’s Purse, Christian humanitarian arm of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), has distributed more than 100 million pounds of food to Ukraine. Food stocks have run low in the Ukraine, so having access to food is of the most importance to residents of Ukraine. They’ve been able to accomplish this by working with a network of churches in Ukraine to distribute them to people in need to remind them that God loves them. As quoted by our owner and very own Tabatha Beltramo, "What better way to remind people that God loves them is love in action! I love the work that Samaritan's Purse does, and Piedmont is so thankful to help."
